In order for you to maintain the pages you are responsible for, you will need to follow these steps.

The screen is composed of 4 parts:

1. the banner with the different sections
2. the menu associated to the section
3. the page content
4. the tool section

We are currently in the About Us section. Notice the different section color!

Login by either clicking in the banner or in the account tool.


You should use the account name and the password that were given to you. If you have not been given a password or you forgot it, click on the "I forgot my password" link and submit your email address.

Notice that your firstname now appears on top of the account tool!


Make sure to change your password by clicking on the Change Your Password link!

 

Modify your profile by clicking on the appropriate link and save it!

 

Select either the Programs or Patrols section depending upon the page you would like to modify

Select the proper page by selecting it from the menu

Notice that the View flag is now displayed if you have been granted proper privilege on this page

Click on the View flag to go to Edit mode. Once in Edit mode, notice all those buttons that just appeared

Click on the Edit button above any of the page content components.



You are now editing this content. Enter the description by either typing the text in the description box or by clicking the Rich Edit button above the Description box.



You can always click on the help button for help

Once done, save your component and you will be back in your page. Notice the change.
Repeat until you are satisfied.
Once done, click on the Edit flag in the banner to judge of the final result.
