High Sierra Ski Patrol serves Sierra Summit Ski Resort, located on Highway 168 east of Fresno. The patrol consists of volunteers under the direction of a Board of Directors and the mountain management of the Sierra Summit Ski Resort.

We are a volunteer organization and dedicate our time and resources to promote a safe and enjoyable experience on the mountain. Our patrollers are rewarded by a satisfaction in a job well done, recognition from resort management and peers within the patrol, appreciation from our customers, and camaraderie with other patrollers.

Our annual refresher is in the fall with a number of dates on the social calendar. We host New Year's Eve, Valentines, St. Patrick’s Day, and Easter social events. Our newsletter is informative and tells about the events that have occurred and prepares the members for those that are up coming.
