The new OEC 5th Edition is out and ready to purchase from your Patrol or online at www.nsp.org. Rollout training was done at the Far West Division meeting in Davis August 6, 2011, and will also be done at individual Patrols. Check www.nsp.org for the eLearning Center to acquaint yourself.
